Very helpful staff, easy transaction, and fast shipping. I have had zero issues with the Cruiser. At the Cruisers 30mph top speed, I feel safer than on the Horizon at 20mph.
For god sake turn an freaking screw every once in a while. Learn how your machine is built and where attention should ne given by you, my issue was my fault really snd they didn't have to help me but they did. I wouldn't have gotten that kind of help from china.

That was exactly the attitude I got from this place. Why in the world would someone lose a sale of that magnitude because you have shady online dealings or whatever? What is funny, is the rep still insisted we can still call you on Monday and verify, so we can ship the scooter.
That can mean taking on additional duties to cover for a teammate who is out of office. Whenever you work in a client-facing role, there will always be stressful days. There will be weeks when you feel overwhelmingly busy, although you will always have a supportive team to assist you. Between competitive pay and extensive benefits, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone at the company plays a part in building an inclusive and welcoming culture.

I know because hiboy sold me a model that was wired wrong fried and just kept saying they would send me parts. Not only that but i opened a dispute that through both email and an actual call from china asked me to drop with no effort still on thier part. Voro is becoming a big player in this very new world of EV tech and they are doing it with the best models available. I dont know why the rating is an F yes they need some work but in the end i have nothing neg to say but plenty of positive.

I purchased a scooter from this joke of a company yesterday. The money was taken from my account After purchasing I received an email stating they needed some sort of verification. A drivers license a utility bill and some third confirmation. I immediately called my bank as I seen on my app the money had been taken from my account. They confirmed the money had been taken.

Rank Cranker's culture is different from others because I feel the camaraderie from the leadership down. Perhaps the reason its not, is that it would deter legitimate buyers from going through this hassle to purchase anything. Regardless, very poor business practice and customer service. I canceled the order and will not be doing business with this place, ever. When someone is spending that magnitude of money, they should be treated far better.
